1. Agreement to Terms

By downloading, installing, or accessing the Sakhi Taru Sarnamu mobile application or website, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to all terms, you must discontinue using our services immediately.

2. Community Eligibility & Member Verification

Sakhi Taru Sarnamu is a curated community platform founded to support and connect women. By registering, you confirm that:

• You are a woman at least 18 years of age.
• You provide accurate, genuine, and complete personal and business details.
• All membership registrations are subject to administrative review and approval before full platform access is unlocked.
• We reserve the right to decline or revoke membership if details provided are found to be misleading or false.

3. Chapter Allotment & Attendance

Members are assigned to specific localized chapters to facilitate intimate meetings and meaningful relationships:

• Each chapter has an allocated member capacity to maintain meeting quality. Once a chapter is full, new members must select an open chapter.
• Chapter transfers require administrative approval to prevent disruption of monthly planning.
• Members are expected to actively participate and attend scheduled chapter sessions.

4. Event & Session Bookings (RSVPs)

• RSVP confirmation is required to reserve seats for chapter sessions and major community events.
• Confirmed bookings generate a personalized, unique QR code entry pass in your app.
• Non-Transferable Entry: Event passes and QR tokens are strictly issued in your name and cannot be forwarded, sold, or transferred to non-members.
• Check-in at venue gates requires scanning your in-app QR code by authorized coordinators.

5. Membership Fees & Strictly No-Refund Policy

Annual community membership fees contribute directly towards venue arrangements, speaker honorariums, materials, and community initiatives. In accordance with our Refund & Cancellation Policy:

• All payments made for memberships, session passes, or events are 100% non-refundable under any circumstances.
• Payments are processed securely via PhonePe direct merchant settlement.

6. Code of Conduct & Sisterhood Respect

To preserve a secure, inspiring environment for all Sakhis, members agree to adhere to our Code of Conduct:

• Treat every sister with dignity, kindness, and professional courtesy.
• Harassment, abusive language, discrimination, unsolicited mass spamming, or fraudulent business practices will result in immediate, permanent ban without refund.
• Members may not scrape, harvest, or misuse fellow members' contact numbers for external commercial spam.

7. Account Deletion & Termination

You may terminate your membership and request complete data deletion at any time via the app or through sakhitarusarnamu.com/delete-account as detailed in our Privacy Policy.

8. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any legal disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Surat, Gujarat, India.
